Our Story

Bird Tree Cafe is the 4th installment from Colorado Spring’s own Choice Restaurant Concepts, a small family restaurant owned group that includes T-Byrd’s Tacos & Tequila, The Dirty Byrd, Mood Tapas Bar, and District Elleven! We built our restaurant group with the goal of bringing our favorite eating styles and cuisines to Colorado Springs. To put it simply, we build what we like!

We love a good sip and social! Bird Tree Cafe is more than just another downtown coffee shop, we are a place where people come together to create and vibe! From your first step in our newly renovated building, you will feel the difference. Everything from the sprightly greenery to the cozy aspen wall are designed to get you into the zone. Whether you are pushing through study hour or having a drink with friends, Bird Tree Cafe is the experience downtown!
